Help us identify those who need our support. We are dedicated to providing resources and financial assistance to firefighters, law enforcement, military members, and their families during difficult times.
Guidelines
01 / Eligibility
Individuals must be active firefighters, law enforcement officers, military members, or first responders serving in the community.
02 / Hardship
Nominations must be for a line-of-duty injury that has resulted in a significant hardship. Eligibility should be confirmed by the nominee’s Captain, Chief, Commanding Officer, or higher-ranking officer.
03 / Support
Sponsors submit our Sponsorship Form, sharing why they believe the nominee deserves support and why it matters to them. A higher-ranking officer must also provide a letter of recommendation supporting the nomination.
